Performance analyzes of SENSObiz® rapid detection kits, which were developed by our companies R&D activities have been carried out. SENSObiz® kits are preferred by both domestic and foreign companies in order to determine pasteurization efficiency in the dairy sector. The kits enables pasterization check in 5 minutues via color change of the test strips. The kits are exported to more than 10 countires.

Alkaline phosphatase tests were performed on a total of 95 milk samples, 65 raw milk samples and 30 pasteurized/UHT milk samples taken from different races using SENSObiz kits. As a result of the analysis, it was observed that the kits were 100% compatible with the expected results.
